- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our automotive products and services.
- Skillfully manage and overcome objections to close sales effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- A naturally energetic and friendly personality, with an ability to quickly establish rapport.
- Independent, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
- Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed for success in auto sales.
Minimum requirement:
High School diploma/GED. Some college coursework is a plus.
